Pearl Energy Investments completed an investment in Blackjack Natural Resources.

Pearl Energy Investments, a Dallas, Texas-based investment firm, completed an investment in Blackjack Natural Resources, a newly formed upstream oil and gas company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very excited to partner with Pearl and combine their financial strength and investment acumen with our unique skillset to execute on our strategy,” Andrew Haraway, Blackjack Co-CEO.
