Frazier Healthcare Partners-backed Knipper Health, a healthcare solutions company serving the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries, completed the acquisition of eBlu Solutions, a provider of a software platform designed for electronic prior authorization, benefit investigation, and digital patient access enrollment.
