Compagnie Nationale À Portefeuille, a Belgian holding company, agreed to acquire Equine Care Group, a network of veterinary professionals, from Bencis Capital, an independent investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This partnership marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter.
