Blue Earth Capital, a global impact investment firm, led a $44m Series B round in GeologicAI, a company that specializes in applying advanced artificial intelligence, with the participation from Rio Tinto, BHP Ventures, and Breakthrough Energy Ventures. "A significant increase in the supply of critical minerals is essential for the energy transition and specifically electrification, and we believe GeologicAI is at the forefront of providing solutions to improve the recovery process while reducing the environmental footprint,” Kayode Akinola, Blue Earth Capital Head of Private Equity.
