Enygea, a portable sanitation rental provider, completed the acquisition of Johnny Servis, a company that rents and sells portable sanitation, office, and event equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The deal means the continuation of the Johnny Servis brand and a continuation of the strong partnerships we have. The brand will grow and continue to be strong," Matthew Duras, Johnny Servis CEO.
