VINCI Energies to acquire Wärtsilä SAM Electronics.

VINCI Energies, a design, engineering, installation and maintenance firm, agreed to acquire Wärtsilä SAM Electronics, a provider of technologies for energy and marine sectors. Financial terms are not disclosed. The transaction highlights SEB Corporate Finance’s capability to successfully support its clients in navigating through demanding and complex carve-out deals and is an important milestone in collaborating and strengthening the relationship with Wärtsilä. Furthermore, the transaction was another great example of cross-border collaboration with a team based in Helsinki and Frankfurt.
