VINCI Energies to acquire Wärtsilä SAM Electronics.

VINCI Energies, a design, engineering, installation and maintenance firm, agreed to acquire Wärtsilä SAM Electronics, a provider of technologies for energy and marine sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. The agreement, which is expected to be completed in the last quarter of 2025, is subject to approval from the relevant authorities.
