Wellesley and Equinor completed an asset swap transaction.

Wellesley, an oil and gas exploration and development company and Equinor, an energy company, completed an asset swap transaction. The transaction involved that Equinor completed the acquisition of a 20% stake in the Carmen gas condensate discovery from Wellesley in exchange for the 5% stake in the Afrodite and Atlantis wet gas finds from Equinor.
