Rincon Broadcasting Group, a media company, completed the acquisition of seven television stations from Imagicomm Communications, an entertainment cable network company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re incredibly excited to expand our regional broadcast footprint into the Pacific Northwest, Southwest, and Mid‑South.
