MISP Holding completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Zakłady Przemysłu Cukierniczego Bałtyk from ZPC Bałtyk Holding.

MISP Holding, an investment holding company completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Zakłady Przemysłu Cukierniczego Bałtyk, a chocolate factory in Pomerania, from ZPC Bałtyk Holding, a chocolate producer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Bałtyk is the largest chocolate factory in Pomerania with an incredible history. Our investment is focused on revitalizing this heritage through new capital and operational expertise," Michael Spangsberg, MISP Holding Chairman.
