LRM Private Capital-backed Aminolabs Nutrition completed the acquisition of Zoka Pharma.

LRM Private Capital-backed Aminolabs Nutrition, a European contract development and manufacturing organization focused on vitamins, minerals and supplements, and nutrition, completed the acquisition of Zoka Pharma, a company dedicated to the manufacture of food supplements, dietary products and child nutrition.
