Dacke Industri completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in Blink.

Dacke Industri, a Sweden-based industrial group specializing in innovative technology investments, completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in Blink, an Italian company focused on the design and manufacturing of customizable CANbus keypads. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to welcome Blink S.r.l. into our group as we continue to expand in Europe.
