SS&C Technologies to acquire Calastone from Carlyle for £766m.

SS&C Technologies, a global provider of services and software for the financial services and healthcare industries, agreed to acquire Calastone, a global funds network, from Carlyle, a private equity firm, for £766m. “We’re excited to welcome Julien, the Calastone team and their valued clients to SS&C.
