Pioneer and JMMB Funds completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in six solar parks in the Dominican Republic from Dominion.

Pioneer, a fund manager, and JMMB Funds, an asset management arm of JMMB Group, completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in six solar parks in the Dominican Republic from Dominion, an energy company, for $375m.
