DP World Logistics completed the acquisition of Famous Holdings from Singapore Post for $97.7m.

DP World Logistics, a provider of integrated, global, smart logistics solutions, completed the acquisition of Famous Holdings, a Singapore-based holding company, from Singapore Post, a provider of integrated logistics and postal services, for $97.7m. "This is a step in SingPost's strategy announced in March 2024, to divest non-core assets and businesses to recycle capital. Following a comprehensive international sale process to explore various options for Famous Holdings, the Board concluded that selling the business in two parts would secure the highest possible valuation,” Simon Israel, SingPost Chairman.
