Totvs to acquire Linx from StoneCo for $548m.

Totvs, a provider of information technology solutions to small and medium enterprises, agreed to acquire Linx, a software development company, from StoneCo, a provider of financial technology solutions, for $548m. “With this acquisition, we will strengthen our position in the retail sector, expand our portfolio, and enhance our ability to meet the needs of all types of retailers.
