Daikin Industries completed the acquisition of Saltire Facilities Management from The Carling Group for £25m.

Daikin Industries, a heating, ventilating and air conditioning, or HVAC, company, completed the acquisition of Saltire Facilities Management, a company that specializes in providing home services, from The Carling Group, a family investment office, for £25m. "This acquisition is a significant step towards achieving our strategic goals of creating a national service structure. By combining the strengths of Daikin, Robert Heath Heating, and Saltire Facilities Management, we are well-positioned to lead the heat pump market in the UK and provide exceptional service to our customers," Tomoji Miki, Daikin UK Managing Director.
