Inveready completed the acquisition of an 84% stake in Sercomgas Gas Solutions from Enagás Emprende.

Inveready, an alternative asset manager, completed the acquisition of an 84% stake in Sercomgas Gas Solutions, a representative agent for the natural gas sector in Spain and Portugal, from Enagás Emprende, the corporate venturing and open innovation program of Enagás, the Spanish gas grid operator and energy company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
