Blue Point-Backed NSA completed the acquisition of Bashlin Industries.

Blue Point-Backed NSA, an apparel and fashion company specializing in protective apparel for industry workers, completed the acquisition of Bashlin Industries, a company specializing in manufacturing quality climbing gear, fall protection equipment, and accessories.
