Waldencast to acquire Novaestiq.

Waldencast, a global multi-brand beauty and wellness platform, agreed to acquire Novaestiq, an aesthetic and medical dermatological innovations company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The strategic acquisition expands Obagi Medical’s offerings beyond US medical-grade skincare, a market projected to be $2.2bn by 2029, into the growing US dermal filler market, projected to reach $2bn in market size by 2029, effectively doubling its addressable market.
