Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe Capital-backed GovCIO, a technology company specializing in IT modernization, cybersecurity, data services, and digital transformation for government agencies, completed the acquisition of SoldierPoint Digital Health, a technology company focused on improving healthcare access for veterans through digital health solutions, from H.I.G. Capital-backed Iron Bow Technologies, an IT solutions provider that helps government, commercial, and healthcare clients turn technology investments into business capabilities. Financial terms were not disclosed.
