Fiserv to acquire a part of merchant solutions business of TD Bank.

Fiserv, a global provider of financial services technology, mobile banking, and payments solutions, agreed to acquire a part of merchant solutions business of TD Bank, a Canadian multinational banking and financial services corporation. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This strategic relationship with Fiserv will directly benefit our clients by combining Clover, Fiserv's innovative merchant product offering, with our business banking solutions, providing our merchants with the capability to leverage the latest technology to process payments and grow," Barbara Hooper, TD Bank Group Head of Canadian Business Banking.
