NSE completed the acquisition of Ametra Intégration from Ametra Group.

NSE, a French high‑technology engineering and manufacturing group that designs and produces electronic systems and equipment for defense and aeronautics, and provides related services, completed the acquisition of Ametra Intégration, a French‑Tunisian company specializing in wiring and the integration of electrical and electronic systems, from Ametra Group, a French holding company overseeing subsidiaries specializing in electrical and electronic systems. Financial terms were not disclosed.
