Kibo Ventures-backed Nzyme completed the acquisition of RB Soluciones.

Kibo Ventures-backed Nzyme, a private equity fund, completed the acquisition of RB Soluciones, a family-owned consulting firm specializing in legal and compliance services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “At Nzyme, we greatly value RB Soluciones’ track record and the strong relationships they’ve built with thousands of clients across Spain.
