New Mountain Capital-backed OneDigital, a national insurance brokerage and financial services firm, completed the acquisition of Tyrol Insurance Agency, a family-owned property and casualty firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re strategically building out our P&C platform by welcoming established, high-performing firms like Tyrol.
