Dixon Technologies, an Indian electronics manufacturing services company, and Longcheer Intelligence, a Singapore-based smart devices design and manufacturing company, agreed to form an $50m joint venture in India with Dixon holding 74% and Longcheer 26% of the paid-up share capital.
