Five Arrows-backed Everway completed the acquisition of MatchWare.

Five Arrows-backed Everway, a UK-based assistive technology provider backed by Five Arrows a closed private equity fund, completed the acquisition of MatchWare, a Denmark-based mind mapping and productivity software company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I’m incredibly excited by the opportunity to bring Everway and MatchWare together.
