Stonepeak completed an investment in Electric Land from Foundation Property & Capital Group.

Stonepeak, a US-based alternative investment firm specializing in infrastructure and real assets, completed an investment in Electric Land, Europe’s largest specialist investor and developer of powered land for renewable and flexible energy generation and storage, from Foundation Property & Capital Group, a private equity real estate investor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to partner with Stonepeak in what is the next important and exciting step in our growth strategy for Electric Land,” Ben Lansman, Electric Land Managing Director.
