Palatine-backed Cura Terrae, an environmental services company, completed the acquisition of EnviroCentre, a multi-disciplinary ecological consultancy. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition brings complementary expertise and geographic reach to the group, while adding a team of people whose values closely align with our own.
