Atlas Energy Solutions completed the acquisition of PropFlow.

Atlas Energy Solutions, a provider of proppant and logistics services to the oil and gas industry, completed the acquisition of PropFlow, a provider of patented on-wellsite proppant filtration technology. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to welcome PropFlow to the Atlas family.
