P3 Logistic Parks completed the acquisition of 9 Logistics Assets from Aberdeen Asset Management for €146m.

P3 Logistic Parks, a developer of industrial and logistics real estate, completed the acquisition of 9 Logistics Assets from Aberdeen Asset Management, an investment management group, for €146m. Financial terms were not disclosed. “P3 combines its own developments with the acquisition of high-value assets in strategic locations such as the Los Gavilanes logistics park, which has become a key distribution hub in the heart of the Iberian Peninsula," Javier Mérida, P3 Spain Managing Director.
