Name & Mawi Partner, a French-German industrial group, completed the acquisition of Desma Schuhmaschinen, a German engineering company, from Salzgitter Group, a German steel and technology corporation. "We are pursuing an active portfolio management strategy and have made acquisitions and taken steps to expand in strategic growth areas in recent years.
