Renovus Capital-backed DataServ to merge with Xfact.

Renovus Capital-backed DataServ, a provider of managed IT, cybersecurity and infrastructure solutions, agreed to merge with Xfact, an IT consulting and digital transformation firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
