Aker and Nscale Global Holdings formed Aker Nscale.

Aker, a Norwegian industrial investment company, and Nscale Global Holdings, a hyperscaler engineered for enterprise-grade AI infrastructure, formed Aker Nscale, a joint venture that delivers secure, scalable, and energy-efficient infrastructure tailored for sovereign AI workloads across Europe. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This reflects the full scope of Aker's strategic commitment – through our direct ownership in Nscale and our partnership in Narvik. Together, it gives us a strong position in a fast-moving market, with a structure designed to capture long-term upside," Øyvind Eriksen, Aker ASA President and CEO.
