Beyond Capital Partners, an investment company, completed the acquisition of KLmed, a company specializes in the targeted provision of qualified medical personnel. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The health care system has a permanent need for skilled workers. Special qualifications for, for example, medical operations in hospitals are particularly important.
