Aegis Bidco completed the acquisition of SI COP 01 from Infrastructure Denmark.

Aegis Bidco, an investment holding company, completed the acquisition of SI COP 01, an IT infrastructure and data processing company, from Infrastructure Denmark, a private limited company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
