Graham Partners to acquire Smithstown Light Engineering.

Graham Partners, a private investment firm, agreed to acquire Smithstown Light Engineering, a medical device manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have been tracking the outsourced medical device manufacturing space for over a decade and have conviction that SLE is well-positioned for future growth due to its differentiated manufacturing capabilities, operational expertise, and new product development capabilities,” Joe Heinmiller, Graham Partners Managing Partner.
