Progressio to acquire a majority stake in Spindox for €57.8m.

Progressio, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Spindox, an Italian information technology services company providing consulting, system integration, and digital transformation services, for €57.8m. “We are pleased to announce the signing of the agreement for our investment in Spindox, a leading Italian company active in technological innovation and digital transformation.
