Advantage Partners and Tokyo Century completed the acquisition of ACT-ONE Yamaichi from T Capital Partners.

Advantage Partners, a private equity investment firm, and Tokyo Century, a financial services company, completed the acquisition of ACT-ONE Yamaichi, a provider of scaffolding and building materials leasing services, from T Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
