Groupe Blais Synergie, a Canadian industrial conglomerate, completed the acquisition of Adria Power Systems, a manufacturer of high-power electrical distribution equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. Groupe Blais Synergie provided the financial "muscle" and administrative backbone that a growing tech firm like Adria needed to scale. This allowed Adria’s leadership to focus entirely on R&D and engineering while Blais handled the logistics, HR, and project financing.
