CVC, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of 45% stake in Australian Venue Co, a hospitality company, from PAG, an Asia-focused alternative investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The combination of CVC and PAG as owners will allow the company to meet its growth strategies to revamp existing premises and deliver better customer experience while also funding new opportunities in major population centres,” Paul Waterson, Australian Venue Co Chief Executive.
