Visma to acquire Conta Azul for BRL1.8bn.

Visma, a provider of mission-critical business software, agreed to acquire Conta Azul, a technology company that offers a financial management system designed for micro, small, and medium-sized businesses, for BRL1.8bn. Through the acquisition, Visma expands its footprint in Latin America with existing operations in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru – underscoring its commitment to supporting the expansion of innovative cloud-based solutions across the region.
