Apleona, an European integrated facilities management company, completed the acquisition of Corrigenda, a technical facility management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In the coming years, we will continue to expand and strengthen our European platform through further bolt-on acquisitions, such as Corrigenda, in the UK, Ireland, and other countries, in order to achieve a market-leading position in Europe," Michael Engel, Apleona COO.
