La Caisse, a Canadian institutional investor and global investment group, completed the acquisition of a 49.9% stake in Terrion, the newly formed Canadian wireless tower infrastructure subsidiary of Telus, a telecommunications company providing a variety of communications products and services, for CAD1.26bn. “With this investment, we are partnering with TELUS to establish Canada’s largest dedicated wireless tower operator, an important step in strengthening the country’s digital connectivity and mobile network resilience,” Emmanuel Jaclot, La Caisse Executive Vice-President and Head of Infrastructure.
