GeoWealth, a company, which provides a modern financial technology and Turnkey Asset Management Platform, completed the acquisition of the TAMP assets of Freedom Advisors, a turnkey asset-management platform (TAMP), offering independent financial advisors outsourced operations, investment model portfolios and practice-support services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
