Guardian Pharmacy completed the acquisition of Managed Healthcare Pharmacy.

Guardian Pharmacy, a company that provides pharmaceutical services and products to long-term care facilities, completed the acquisition of Managed Healthcare Pharmacy, a provider of pharmacy services to long term care facilities in Oregon. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition allows us to expand our presence in the Pacific Northwest with a team already known for exceptional care and trusted partnerships," Fred Burke, Guardian Pharmacy President and CEO.
