StepStone and Greykite completed the acquisition of Vitalia Home from CVC for €900m.

StepStone, a recruitment platform, and Greykite, a real estate investment firm, completed the acquisition of Vitalia Home, a retirement home, from CVC, a private equity company, for €900m ($1bn). “I am excited to continue leading the company, together with my existing management team, and to work closely with our new shareholders.
