Daikin Applied to acquire DDC Solutions.

Daikin Applied, a company specializes in providing HVAC solutions for commercial and industrial applications, agreed to acquire DDC Solutions, a provider of data center cooling and management technology solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The demand for high-performance data centers is accelerating and the equipment inside those data centers is evolving rapidly. This acquisition allows us to deliver a rack-level cooling platform that is resilient, flexible and scalable, and able to support current and next-generation chip sets," Yu Nishiwaki, Daikin Applied Chief Operating Officer.
