Systematic Growth-backed Safecto, a company that provides certified safety solutions, completed the acquisition of Nobel Fire Systems, a UK-based provider of specialist fire suppression and detection systems, offering design, manufacture, installation, and maintenance of advanced fire protection solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Nobel Fire Systems and Marine Fire Safety combine deep expertise with decades of proven performance, built by the skilled people in both organisations.
