Arclight Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Naugatuck Avenue Storage and Two Rivers Storage, a battery energy storage system, from Jupiter Power, an independent power producer specializing in utility-scale battery energy storage systems. Financial terms were not disclosed.
