BARBUSS to acquire HDI Seguros Argentina and HDI Seguros Uruguay from Talanx Group.

BARBUSS, a global holding company that provides a wide range of insurance, claims management and financing solutions, agreed to acquire HDI Seguros Argentina and HDI Seguros Uruguay from Talanx Group, a multi-brand insurance group, offering a diverse range of products including private customer insurance, industrial insurance, and life style protection. Financial terms were not disclosed. The sale marks another important step in the implementation of the retail international division’s strategy to build a strong presence and to generate profitable growth in Latin America. In line with the Group's strategy, the division is focusing on larger markets and strong market positions.
